De 24 stukjes in Scottisch melodies for two cellos zijn uit de vroege 19e eeuw uit Schotland. Ze bevatten traditionele Airs en Dances melodieën. Origineel waren zijn deze stukken voor viool of zang. Deze arrangementen zijn perfect voor leerling en leerraar. Maar natuurlijk ook voor cello collega’s onder elkaar.
Grote en kleine greep komen voor. Alles kan in de 1e positie gespeeld worden.
